Cancellation Policy

Report Review Express Policy: Employee(s) of The Police Report Formula will review one report per individual officer. Once the client books the service, they have up to 5 business days to submit the report they wish to have reviewed. This report must be already closed or adjudicated and not subject to any open proceedings. The Police Report Formula will have 5 business days from report submission to review and return the report with suggested edits. Any individual officer who submits a report does so with the express permission of their respective police department. Along with submitting the report, the officer must provide written proof that the submitted report is allowed to be shared with The Police Report Formula. The client also agrees that any suggested edits are done so with the understanding that the edits are designed to improve the client's report writing skills only. The client will not hold The Police Report Formula or any of its employees liable for any negative outcomes, that may include but are not limited to department discipline, civil liability against the officer or officer's department, downgrading or dismissal of case. Client must agree to all terms and conditions. All payments are non-refundable as long as all time deadlines are met by The Police Report Formula.
